A. 15 Minute Bike – Every 3 Minutes 1 set of muscle ups @ 25% + Same number of ring dips as muscle ups of your max unbroken set. i.e. if you can do 16 muscle ups, sets of 4 muscle ups + 4 ring dips. If you don’t have muscle ups get 3-5 baby transitions. (This should be done before class verses after class)
