Cancellation

We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel your membership, please complete the form below. Additional details regarding cancellations, auto-payments, refunds, and membership freezes are outlined below.

Membership Cancellation & Auto-Pay Policy

  • Any auto-payment memberships must be canceled with at least 28 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations must be submitted through the form above — this is the only required step.
  • Auto-pay memberships offer a discount compared to pay-as-you-go options and require adherence to this cancellation policy
  • Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
  • There are no cancellations or refunds for memberships or package-priced sessions.
  • Missed/no-show classes or late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in forfeited sessions and a $20 cancellation fee.

 Refund & Return Policy

  • No refunds are issued for canceled memberships or package-priced sessions.
  • Retail items may be exchanged only if defective or in original, resalable condition.
  • No refunds on retail purchases.

Membership Freeze Policy

  • Only 6-month and 12-month memberships are eligible for a freeze.
  • Memberships can be frozen once per six-month period:
    • 6-month memberships – One freeze allowed, up to 30 days.
    • 12-month memberships – Two freezes allowed, up to 60 days total.
  • Other membership types are not eligible for freezes
