Do it now:
1. Write down 1 thing you would like to do better in the gym, but have not yet.
2. Write down the names of 3 People who could help you learn / do that thing
3. Now ask each of those people for one tip on how to do that thing you want to do. Write down the tips in MyWOD or your workout journal.
A. 10 Rounds with a partner
2 Rounds of DT @ 135/95, 165/115, 185/125, 205/145, 225/155
400M Run after each round
Partner A does rounds 1,3,5,7,9
Partner B does rounds 2,4,6,8,10
B. 10 Minute AMRAP
Cindy 5 Pull ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats
Partner A Does 1 Round of Cindy
Partner B Does A Plank. Once the round is completed they switch. You can not work unless your partner is in a plank.
