Friday Night lights kicks off at 5 pm with our athlete briefing. Our first heat kicks off at 5:30. Please arrive 45-60 Minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to get warmed up. If you are suppose to be in a heat and you are not please email e@WarlockAthletics.com. You are responsible for knowing your standards for your division.
Saturday Recovery @ 10 am. Recover after a hard workout with Mobility with Melissa out on the turf. Mobility and range of motion work will be targeted based off of 19.4
