EMOM 10×3 Muscle Ups – If you don’t have muscle ups you can do 10 Min EMOM Odd: 9 Dips. Even: 9 Pull ups or spend 10 Minutes working on muscle ups. Whichever is more beneficial. Swinging from the rings like an asshole doesn’t count 🙂 . Work on an aspect of this that will make you better.
