16.3…It’s time! Open Athletes: Please arrive by 6 pm for an athlete briefing, the first heat will begin promptly at 6:20 pm. Tomorrow our neighbors from Poughkeepsie CrossFit will be joining us! For those of you that don’t know, Poughkeepsie CrossFit was my former home, Greg was my awesome coach and I learned a shit ton and truly appreciate all that greg showed me! They’re an awesome crew who run a top notch program with fantastic athletes / people. Please give them a warm Warlock welcome tomorrow by going out of your way to make to them feel at home during 16.3.
