In classes today you will have a choice between 19.2 and an alternative workout. We want to leave not doubt that you gave our best effort, maximized your strategy and technique to put up you absolute best score. Whether it’s changing how you break up your T2B, your pacing or just digging a little deeper if you think you can pick up a few more reps you should be doing 19.2 again.

A. 4 Rounds:
1 Minute Row
1 Minute Medicine Ball Squat Cleans (20/14)
1 Minute AbMat Sit-ups
1 Minute Rest

B. AMRAP 10 – 2.5 Mile Bike + Max Double DB Snatches @ 35/20

Beginning on a 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
15 Squat Cleans (135/85).
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
13 Squat Cleans (185/115).

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Toes to Bar

11 Squat Cleans (225/145)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
