In classes today you will have a choice between 19.1 and “Triple Double”. If you are looking to do better in the Open you will want to redo this workout. We want to leave no doubt that that we gave our best effort, maximized our strategy to get the absolute best score. Whether it’s improving the wallball strategy, the row strategy / technique, transition time etc chances are you can pick up a few seconds.
