Congratulations to CJ and Cristy on an awesome Masters Qualifier Weekend! Cristy Finished 79th in the world in the 40-44 division after battling an injury which included 8 stitches on Friday. Congratulations to CJ who finished 8th in the world AND will be making a trip to Madison for the 2019 CrossFit Games to compete for title Fittest on Earth in the 50-54 division! For those of you that don’t know, on Monday after 5 events, CJ he redid workout 2 which included 80 Bar Facing Burpees and a 4K Row. He PR’ed his time in that event by 12 seconds and ended up doing 160 Bar Facing Burpees and rowing 8k meters in the same day!

When you see both of them in the gym please congratulate them on an absolutely stellar Online Master Qualifier!

U.S. Marine Corps Lance Corporal Philip P. Clark, 19, of Gainesville, Florida, assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, died on May 18, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife, Ashton, father Mike and stepmother Tammy, mother Rosmari Kruger, and brothers Tyler, Kyle and Ryan Nordyke.
