BoxJump Max Height (Combine height jumped by you and your partner)

21-15-9 Cleans and Jerk @135/95 & Pull Ups
10 Rounds
5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats (Time completed. If not completed total reps completed @ 30 Minute mark
30-35 – Rest
35-37 Minutes
2 Rounds 1 Minute Max Effort Double Unders (1 Partner Only works per minute. Combine each partners total for score)
