If you didn’t walk in on your own 2 feet or have a serious medical condition where you can’t run or walk, you can row. You can walk the 600, sprint it, take breaks, completely up to you, get it done. You get to go outside and make it up that hill. Row is 750M if you meet the standards above. Congratulations in advanced for making it up the hill and go outside of your comfort zone.
