Friday Night Lights Kicks off at 5 pm with the First heat going at 5:30. Heats will be up around 1 pm. If for some reason you are not listed in a heat, it’s because no one loves you lol jk! Please email E@WarlockAthletics.com and we’ll make the correction. Special Accommodation emails were due by Thursday at 10 pm (last night). If you miss your heat we will do our best to accommodate and get you into another heat. All athletes are response for knowing their workouts, modifications, weights and movement standards according to CrossFit.com for that specific workout. If movement standards, weights etc are not met your score will be invalid and we will get to redo the workout to meet the appropriate standards. Any questions please ask Erik or Heather. If you are interested in upholding the standards of the Open and judging please email E@WarlockAthletics.com.
If you can’t make Friday Night Lights you will have the opportunity to do the Open workout during the following times:
Friday during classes (judge required)
Saturday – Regular Classes (no open for week 1)
Sunday during Open gym (judge and video recording required)
Monday during classes (judge required)
