A. Tomorrow Rest Day – Thursday light training day.
B. Tomorrow Training Day (WOD below) – Thursday Active Recovery Day. I will most likely be doing option B. Make your own decision as to how you are feeling and what you would like to do for your best performance for Friday Night Lights
