Here are some home versions of Murph for those of you who couldn’t make it to the gym on Saturday!
HOME WOD:

1-mile run
100 DB bent-over rows
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
– Partition the DB rows, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1-mile run. If you have a 20-lb vest or body armor, wear it.
Bodyweight:
