Class Schedule

Our schedule is designed to accommodate even the busiest lifestyles, offering flexibility and convenience for all our members. We open early at 5:30 AM and run classes until noon, then reopen in the late afternoon from 4 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday. On weekends, we continue to offer classes with a reduced schedule: three classes on Saturday and one on Sunday, ensuring that you can find a time that fits your routine.

In addition to our group training classes, we provide a robust selection of semi-private sessions, with nearly 20 sessions available each week. For those interested in personal training, we offer flexible scheduling to meet your specific needs. No matter your fitness level or schedule, Warlock Athletics has a program and a time slot that will work for you.

WOD

Our CrossFit ‘WOD’ classes at Warlock Athletics offer high-intensity, varied workouts that challenge and inspire all fitness levels. LYT | Mobility

This functional fitness and anatomy based mobility class is like nothing you’ve ever done before. It’s different from ROMWOD and something you can do in addition to regular everyday fitness.
