Friday Night Lights (FNL) – The Main Event!

⏳ Final Heat Wrap-Up: ~7:30 PM
Plan to arrive by 5:00 PM trust us, you don’t want to miss how we’re kicking off the 2025 Open! It’s something we’ve never done before!
All heat times will be posted on the whiteboard upon arrival. Heat assignments will be structured based on the workout, available space, judges, and equipment.
Reserve your spot in the Warlock App and secure your heat! Any requests for adjustments must be emailed to K@WarlockAthletics by 8:00 PM on Thursday nights.

You can switch divisions week to week based on the workout.
Submitting Your Scores
All scores must be submitted by Monday at 8:00 PM at Games.CrossFit.com under your own account. We highly recommend submitting your score immediately after your workout.
Missed Friday Night Lights? No Problem!
If you can’t make Friday Night Lights, you’ve got options:
⏳ Sunday Make-Up: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🏋️ Class Time Option: If you’re completing the workout during class on Friday, we will run only one heat. You must arrange for a judge in advance.

WOD: CROSSFIT OPEN 25.1
AMRAP 15:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 DB hang clean-to-overheads (35/50 lb)
Walking lunges (30 ft)
– Walking lunge is 15 ft out and 15 ft back (4.57 m).
– After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
Intermediate: AMRAP 15:

Walking lunge (30 ft)
– Walking lunge is 15 ft out and 15 ft back

Beginner: AMRAP 15:

– The load is a suggested starting point. If you are completing all the workouts in the Foundations division, you are free to decrease or increase the load as your skill level allows.
