
The complete Athlete practices. Practice is working on the neurological side of movements, heart rate below 120 and really focusing on cleaning up movement and perfecting skills. It’s not sexy and it’s not fun, however the pay off is huge if you’re effective with your time.
A. Take 15 Minutes and work on any of the gymnastics below. Clean up movement,
- Handstand Push Ups (Variations / Scaling / Shoulder Touches / Free handstands with no walls)
- Pull Ups (kipping, strict, positioning)
- Hollow Holds
- Muscle Ups (kipping, muscle up negatives, ring dips)
- T2B
- Pistols (scaled versions of it with your feet in different positions)
B. 12 Minute EMOM
Min 1: 6 Clusters @ 95/65
Min 2: 40 Second Hollow Hold
Min 3: 10 Boxjumps @ 24/20
