If you are an Open Athlete who is in need of a make up it will be from 12-1. We will run 2-3 heats starting at 12:15 and the next one at 12:45. This will give you time to warm up during open gym, get moving and get you an awesome score. If you need additional warm up I suggest you do the emom with class but cut back the reps. If you show up early please do not interrupt or interfere with the 10 or 11 am class.

A. EMOM x 8
odd: 1 Pause OHS + 1 OHS

B. EMOM x 20
Min 1: 15 Burpees
Min 2: 15/12 Cal Row
Min 3: 20 Wallball @ 20/14
Min 4: 20 Sit Ups
Min 5: 40 Double Unders
