Sundays are here for skill work with little sprints / burns at the end of the hour. Work on improving your skills. For example, if you don’t have pull ups, work on negatives, if you have pull ups, work on a better movement pattern or work on butterfly, if you have butterfly clean up your movement so it’s more efficient. Either way there is something everyone can work on no matter what the skill. This is your opportunity to slow it down and work on moving better.
A. Every 90 Seconds with 30 Second transition. Each round is 2 Minutes long. Work on being a complete athlete, move better.
3 Rounds:
0-2 Minutes – Double Unders
2-4 Minutes – Toes to Bar
4-6 Minutes – Wallball
6-8 Minutes – Bar Facing Burpees
B. 5 Rounds for Time (8 Minute cap)
