Hey Team! I’m writing to update you on our plans for reopening the gym and what that will look like. While things will be different than usually, I’m confident it will be a great experience and we are working hard to ensure that your Warlock classes will continue to give you world class results.

As I have said many times, the well-being of all members of the Warlock community is our highest priority. Because of the ongoing pandemic we won’t be able to operate as we normally do. We’re still trying to figure out exactly what that means from the state as we finalize those details in the upcoming weeks. Either way we will be implementing health measures such as social distancing and density reduction, new protocols for how classes run, enhanced cleaning protocols and others. Our plans draw heavily from guidelines from the CDC, state and local governments, as well as advice from our own medical and health experts.

While these restrictions might seem burdensome, they are no different from policies that have been put in place at organizations and fitness facilities all across the country and the world. We are tentatively scheduled to open back up on July 6, 2020.

If there is one thing I’ve heard from our Warlock community, it’s that you’re excited to get back to your favorite atmosphere, to be coached and reconnect with friends. Our team is confident that our reopening strategy will protect the health and safety of the entire Warlock Community. We will share these details as we continue to finalize all of them over the upcoming weeks.

When it comes to collecting equipment right now we plan on recalling all equipment on Thursday July 2nd and Friday July 3. We will let you know the finalized dates as we get closer and the time window to drop off your equipment. We will keep you informed every step of the way as our reopening approaches. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at e@WarlockAthletics.com.

We look forward to seeing you soon! and enjoy today’s workout!
