If you are an Open Athlete today is a normal training day, not a redo of 16.2 day. Yoga is at 10, you should be there. Sunday is your recovery or rest day. Monday we will be redoing 16.2.

B. 4 Minute AMRAP x 5 – 1:1 Rest
Rd 1 – 800M Row then AMRAP of HSPU (Scaled – Wall Walks or Shoulder Touches)
Rd 2 – 100 Double Unders then AMRAP of Muscle Ups (Scaled – Ring Dips)
Rd 3 – 800M Row then AMRAP Legless Rope Climbs (Scaled – Stay on the ground)
Rd 4 – 100 Double Unders then AMRAP of Squat Cleans @ 185 / 115 (Scaled – reduce weight)
Rd 5 – V Ups
