100 Thrusters @ 135/95
800M Run
100 Clean and Jerks @ 135/95
400M Run
100 Burpees over Bar
800M Run
100 Front Squats @ 135/95
1 Mile Run

A. Power Clean – 80%x2x5
B. Power Jerk – 80%x2x5
C. SLDL – 3×5
3 Sets:10 Back Extensions, 15 Sit Ups, 10 Bird Dogs /side
