100 Kettle bell Swings @ 70/44

100/ 70 Cal Bike or Row
100 Synchronized Lunges

100 / 70 Cal Bike or Row
100 Knee’s to Elbows

One Partner works at a time except during the synchronized lunges. All 3 partners do them together at the same time. Knee hits the ground at the same time. They all stand up reaching extension at the same time.
