15 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Rest 1 Minute After Each Round

*If you plan on wearing a vest for Murph wear it for training purposes.*

*If you also plan on doing Murph with a vest you need to start accumulating pull up volume. If you didn’t do the pull ups form yesterday Do 75 Strict Pull Ups. Every Break do 15 Sit Ups.
