This unique camp offers a world class mix of learning, fitness and games for kids to stay active and progress towards their goals. When you register we will separate you child by ages 5-7, 8-10 and 11+. We may also adjust their group based off of skill level. Whether your child is a stud athlete or fairly new to sports we will make sure they’re set up in an environment that will allow them to maximize progress and fun.
Campers will learn the basics of fitness and nutrition while also playing games, building camaraderie and working together as a team. They’ll do this in individually and in teams during the week. The activities they will take part in and learn about are basic gymnastics, weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility. These will test and improve coordination, strength, accuracy, agility, speed, power and much more!
We’re looking forward to hosting your child at our camp!
*Sneakers with a closed toe shoe and clothing for physical activities are required.

Medications and Health Concerns
Medications, allergies and health concerns should be explained to the Administrator and the child’s head counselor on the first day of each week your child is in camp. Since this is a 3-4 hour camp please make sure your child has any medications they need to administer either before or after camp. Counselors and Administrators are not responsible for holding and keeping track of child’s medications and will not be administering medication during camp. Children that require an inhaler or epinephrine pen are responsible for keeping it on themselves at all times. If for some reason your child does need to take medication it is legally mandated that the child self administers medications under the supervision of the camp administrator or camp health staff. All medications should be brought to the attention of the head counselor and the camp administrator
Children should be walked inside through the front doors and checked in by their parents for drop off between 11:45 am – 12 noon. Parents will drop their children off at their appropriately labeled camp. Pick up will take place at the same place where your child was dropped off between the hours of 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm.
Late Parent Pick Up:
There will be a $5.00 fee for every 5 minutes a parent or guardian is late for pick-up. Children attending regularly scheduled camp must be picked up no later than 5:30 pm.
Parents are not allowed to be with or near children during the camp day. This rule is for the safety of the children and for the betterment of the program.
Parents and campers may be invited to attend special events that will be held throughout the summer. Day and time of each event will be announced early in the week.
Please apply sunscreen to your child each day before arriving at Warlock CrossFit. Waterproof sunscreen SPF of 30 or more is suggested. Put an extra spray bottle of sunscreen in your child’s backpack.
Children with Special Needs:
If your child requires a one-to-one aid in school, the parent of that child is required to provide an aid and inform the camp administrator before the start of camp. If a child has a shared aid in the school environment, the parent should call the camp administrator and discuss the available options prior to the start of their camp program.
Rainy and Extremely Hot Days:
On days of rain or extreme heat, outdoor programs and activities will be moved indoors for the safety of the children. When this happens some camp schedules and offerings will be altered. Videos may be shown as a camp activity.
