Weekly WODs 3/2 – 3/7 2026

This week is the week of the Warlock CrossFit Open! With more than 50 athletes registered, Friday Night Lights is going to be a party.

Let me give you the layout of the week and what’s going on with all of this snow. If you haven’t registered yet, you can register for the CrossFit Open here: Games.CrossFit.com

Monday: You’re welcome to redo 26.1 in class or do the class WOD. You are responsible for bringing your own judge and upholding the standards of all movements. If the standard are not upheld your score will be marked as invalid. All athletes will follow along in class. All athletes will do the 4×3 Thrusters. During the practice round. Class athletes will move through their movements. 26.1 Redo athletes will do the movements for their Open workout.

Tuesday: Normal training give 100%.

Wednesday or Thursday: One is a rest day, one is an easy movement day. The workout is released on Thursday at 3 PM. You will have an opportunity to complete the workout on Friday. We do not do the Open workout on Thursday.

Friday: 26.2 at 5 PM. This Friday 26.2 is presented by CMJ Tree Service (Jim Cahill) and Lorraine Patten. With Hospitality provided by Jeanie Bean Deli! We will have DJ B.Mills in the house and Nicole Puckette capturing all the high fives and smiles along the way! Please rock your favorite Warlock gear!

If you are not coming to Friday Night Lights, please email e@WarlockAthletics.com and K@warlockAthletics.com on Thursday. It helps me when all the emails come in at once. If there is a request for a time please make sure that comes through that day as well. If you email me before Thursday I can’t promise you’ll get what you request.

If you are doing the workout in classes, you are responsible to make sure you have a judge if you plan on submitting a score. You are responsible for knowing the standards and making sure those standards are upheld. We are only running one heat per class of the workout. What that means it is not possible to judge a friend and do the workout at the same time lol.

Saturday: We have normal classes. I may change the workout depending on what comes out for the workout. Recovery Mobility with Melissa is on Saturday at 9:15 AM. I strongly recommend you attend. There are no Open workouts being done on Saturday. See Sunday.

Sunday: Class as normal at 10 am. If you want to redo the workout it will be at 11-12 during the Open Redo time. We will run one to two heats that will give you the opportunity to redo the workout and judge a friend. You will alternate and take turns. Athletes that are coming to do the Open workout, do not interrupt class, please and thank you. Class is the priority.

Monday: Depending on the workout, you may see us do the workout again in class, it may be for fun, it might be for a score. If you want a second shot at it with a judge plan on Sunday during Open Gym. Judging tends to be more difficult on a Monday for redos. Again, if standards of the workout are not upheld the score will be invalid. If doing it on Monday please make sure you record on video as well in case I have any questions.
