Cancellation Policy

Any auto-payment options must be cancelled with at least 30 days written notice before next billing. Written notification must be sent to Chris@WarlockAthletics.com.

Auto Pay/Cancellation Policy

You may choose our auto-payment membership options which afford a discount over pay-as-you-go options.  Auto pay requires adherence to the membership cancellation policy.  Your card on file will be charged on the 1st or 15th day of the month/billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed upon with Warlock CrossFit.  Credit Cards should be kept current in your member profile.  Once a payment has been issued on your credit card, it will not be refunded.

Any auto-payment options must be canceled with at least 30 days advance written notice prior to our next billing cycle (1st or 15th day of the month). There are no cancellations or refunds for memberships or package priced sessions. If you miss/no-show your class, cancel from a class that is already full or cancel or no-show any appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will forfeit the class/appointment and you may be charged an additional $20 cancellation fee.

 

Refund/Return Policy

There are no refunds for canceled memberships or package priced sessions. Retail items may only be exchanged if defective or in original, re-salable condition. There are no refunds on retail items.

 

Membership Freeze

Memberships can be frozen once per six-month block for up to 30 days for such six month block. (i.e.: once for a 6-month membership with a one month maximum; twice for a 12-month membership for a total of two months maximum.) There are no membership freezes for any membership other than grandfathered six(6) month and 12 month memberships. You must send an advanced written request to the member manager or designee for your freeze to take effect. You must send a written request for your freeze to take effect to Chris@WarlockAthletics.com
