A. WORKOUT 18.5 – Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 thrusters
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 thrusters
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18,
go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

VARIATIONS
Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 100 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 65 lb., perform jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
Women use 45 lb., perform jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Heats will be posted by 1 pm on Friday. Athlete briefing is at 5 pm. First heat is set to kick off at 5:35 pm. Throughout the day our team will share thoughts on the workout and dive deeper into this during the athlete briefing. You are responsible for knowing your movement standards for your workout. If you are around today and want to do a practice round, practice some skills that is encouraged. Feel free to pick our brains on the workout and strategy. Focus on what you can control, have fun and we’ll see you guys tonight for the final Open workout of 2018!

We take a lot into consideration for these workouts when planning heats i.e. weights, space, judges, bar heights, men, women, times etc. if something is off, you’re missing, your judging yourself there’s probably a typo. Please email e@warlockathletics.com for any corrections
