A. HS Walk Practice (Take 10 minutes before the workout or when you’re fresh to practice handstand walks)

800M Row @ 2K Pace, 30 second easy row, 200M @ 5 seconds under 2K Pace – 2 Minutes rest in between rounds

C. Pendlay Row 5×10 @60% of 1RM Power Clean
