Today’s class will be at Unionvale Middle School on the track from 9:45 – 10:45 am. It will be a pacing based workout so whether you’re the fastest or slowest runner in the history of the world we’ll be able to adjust the workout to you ability. Please sign up in mindbody.

Open gym will be from 11-12.

We will also have the HSPU Seminar from 11-12 noon. There are 5 spots left for those of you that are interested.

60 Second Run back 10 Second rest
75 Second Run out 12 Second rest
75 Second Run back 12 Second rest
90 Second Run out 15 Second rest
90 Second Run back 2 minute rest
