Want to take your fitness to a new level? Or maybe you’re new to fitness and looking to jump-start a healthy new you?
Our 6-Week Challenge can be tailored for anyone and everyone, regardless of experience or athletic ability. You don’t have to have any special skills other than the ability and desire to work hard and have fun with a small group of other motivated individuals.
What to Expect:
You’ll find a welcoming environment that reduces stress, helps you get in shape through exercise and nutrition, is fun, and helps you achieve your individual fitness goals.
The program includes three, one-hour classes each week for 6 weeks.
